Time Management
Transitioning from Peer to Manager
Finding a Mentor

Problem Solving
Communication
Level Two
Becoming a great leader doesn't happen without work. It is critical to continue to advance the skills. It's your job to make sure all team members feel valued and that the team operates efficiently.
This requires the ability to manage your time and the time of your team. Leaders must also have both depth and breadth of knowledge in order to set an appropriate direction others will follow, which
includes delegating when needed. As a leader, you may now have power and authority. However, leadership is not necessarily a function of those attributes. It means mobilizing and inspiring people to
take collective action.
This level two training includes courses on:
Time Management
Coaching and Mentoring
Managing Others
Communication
Meeting Management
Retaining Talent
Mobilizing your Team
Level Three
Growing as a leader is never done. Leaders must think rationally and critically, avoiding the emotional and irrational fallacies of an undisciplined mind. Leaders should also be able to formulate
persuasive arguments based on reason and recognize effective, reason-based arguments in others. As a leader, you are expected to reflect the company's values while using your skills to positively
impact the workforce. Managing responsibilities requires polished people management, process management, and time management skills.
